Report from OGC meeting

Hello all

An OGC meeting happened last week in Orlando. I published some notes on
the geospatial mailing list:

This is a only small part of what is discussed in the meeting and rarely
go in technical details. In many cases, being more technical would
require to reproduce some slides in the email.
