If the latitude and longitude values are in a peculiar order (CLIMATE-186), then the model data will need to be rearranged accordingly, so latitude and longitude values will be needed first. Thus I suggest we deprecate read_lolaT_from_file() and include its functionality in read_data_from_one_file().
