[MVN 3.0.4] Can't download project dependencies

Hi,
I have a problem: when I try to build my project I get those errors:

My version info:

Maven home: C:\Maven\bin\..
Java version: 1.7.0_05, vendor: Oracle Corporation
Java home: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_05\jre
Default locale: pl_PL, platform encoding: Cp1250
OS name: "windows 7", version: "6.1", arch: "amd64", family: "windows"
MNG-5162 isn't a working solution for me.
