JIRA items often goes to CHANGELOG, this why it is important to create them in English :)

According to your issue:
I guess your OM and KMS were started using different users
you can check it with {{ps -ef| grep 'turn\|kure\|tomcat\|java'}}
both services should be started using same user account ....
