[jira] [Resolved] (NPANDAY-310) Dependencies that cannot be found in local/remote repo are deleted in pom.xml after reimporting project

Brett Porter resolved NPANDAY-310.
----------------------------------

       Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
    Fix Version/s: (was: Backlog)
         Assignee: Brett Porter

per NPANDAY-519, these now set defaults and warn.

However, there is also code there that dependencies are never deleted from the POM.
