The initialization method in FromClientSideBase is changed in HBASE-23305, where we change the registry type before starting cluster.

But for me, since this class is named "FromClientSide", I think the most important thing is to change the registry config when initializating client connection, not for start the cluster itself.

So I prefer we just change the implementation to only consider coprocessor when starting mini cluster, and use parameterized to test different registry implementation at client side.
