Committed to trunk (revision 685029).

Looks like either JAXB 2.1 is a bit touchy with namespaces or we are not doing something right in Geronimo since some deployment descriptors that used to work ok are not being parsed ok. The deployment descriptors will be parsed ok if each element is explicitly qualified with a prefix and a namespace.  See changes to testsuite/concurrent-testsuite/concurrent-basic/concurrent-ejb/src/main/resources/META-INF/openejb-jar.xml or testsuite/enterprise-testsuite/sec-tests/sec-ejb/src/main/resources/META-INF/openejb-jar.xml.
