Keyword expansion

Hi.

Does keyword expansion happen on the server or the client?
Actually I'm interrested in wether the expanded keyword is
sent over the network on a checkout or export.

It seems to be done in the client.

If you have a repository called "rep" and a file "bar", look at these:
rep/bar
rep/.svn/text-base/bar.svn-base

You should see that the first file has keyword substitution performed but the
base file does not. I'm using 1.1.2.

Keywords are expanded client side. They're stored unexpanded in the
repository, and sent over the network that way too.
