Xalan doesn't build on Solaris 8 (C++ 5.2)

For the record, I was able to get it to build with SUNWspro 6.1 on Solaris 8.  
I had to remove the stlport include and i believe i also removed the 
XALAN_NO_NAMESPACES define.  Then I just had to recompile xerces and xalan and 
it worked.
