> JettySolrRunner is a bit too tied into the test framework due to test ssl integration and the best way around it is to avoid setting the ill conceived jetty.testMode system property (if I remember right, I conceived it). If you do this though, there are a couple problems - the host is not set to 127.0.0.1 as it is when jetty.testMode is set, the HTTP2CServerConnectionFactory is not set, and reuse address is not set.
