Question about qpid Centos 8 Support
Hi Apache users,
I work with John Deere, and we use qpid for some of our code, and we are trying to migrate to Centos 8. However I can't seem to get qpid built on Centos 8. My question is, does apache support Centos 8 for qpid? Currently we have 1.39 working on Centos 7.

Re: Question about qpid Centos 8 Support
Posted by Robbie Gemmell <ro...@gmail.com>.
As you might see from the limited activity in the qpid-cpp repo, and
with qpid-cpp 1.39.0 being the most recent release from 2018, activity
around qpid-cpp is minimal at this point. C++ client activity shifted
to the Qpid Proton C++ bindings several years ago, and activity around
the broker has faded.
RHEL 8 first released in 2019, so there has not actually been a
release of qpid-cpp since it came out.
