Work done so far:

1) provisioned t2.medium in eu-central-1 in AWS with static IP 3.124.255.5
2) Box is running Debian 10 Buster, installed basic tooling as Docker / Docker compose
3) Wrote an email to [~gmcdonald] about the requirement to point domain "plausible.cassandra.apache.org" to IP address in 1)

When 3) is done, we need to

1) Setup a proxy with https termination and setup Let's encrypt 
2) Setup the service itself
3) Document what we have done and how this whole process might be repeated when needed - we should ideally wrote some bash script but I think that it would be just easier to document in a very detailed manner what was done as writing scripts to provision it all automatically is just not worth it.
4) Prepare a PR with 3) for cassandra-builds repository
5) Notify people behind documentation / website that it is ready, give them credentials and help them to integrate it with new website.
