Build Problems

I give...

I've built this app several times on another computer but just can't get it 
to fly on this one. I think I've checked the most of the bone-head things, 
and have combed through docs for dependancies, etc. Every time, same 
messages.

Top of dump says ...
C:\web\tdk\webapps\ezine\WEB-INF\build\build.xml:149: Exception thrown by 
'generator.parse'. For more information consult the velocity log.
