   Closing this grouped PR. The compile failure in UrlConnectionFactoryTest is caused by WireMock 3.0.1. WireMock 3 upgraded to Jetty 11 (dropping the transitive javax.servlet dependency in favor of jakarta.servlet), and more importantly, it officially drops support for Java 8. Since the 2.x branch requires Java 8 compatibility, we cannot accept WireMock 3.x updates."
