Predefined server configurations in the CMIS Workbench expert tab

To all server implementers:

The CMIS Workbench features predefined server configurations in the 
expert tab. It would be nice if we could clean them up before we release 
OpenCMIS 1.0.
Please check if the current configurations are still valid and if we 
should add new or remove some of them.
