on incode quickstart, get:
cucumber.runtime.CucumberException: You're not allowed to extend classes that define Step Definitions or hooks. class ie.welfare.app.rtrm.appdefn.bdd.specglue.BootstrappingGlue extends class org.apache.isis.core.specsupport.specs.CukeGlueBootstrappingAbstract

inlining code then getting NPEs, ie not injecting in.

on simpleapp archetype, simply not getting any cucumber.json - doesn't seem to attempt to run the BDD specs
