ManageSieve is a protocol library, and thus deserves the same traitement as IMAP (for instance).

That is to say :

 - Parser library that interact with James interfaces in PROTOCOLS
 - Netty wrapper part of James/protocols
 - Interfaces in James server

This had been solved in PROTOCOLS-68

Can someone close this issue ?
