Maven Dependency Plugin Release 3.1.0

Hi,

I would like to get 3.1.0 release asap of MDEP out to get fixed the 
JDK10 blocker issues which has been fixed by new version 
maven-dependency-analyzer 1.9..

I would like to start with the release on Monday ....

If there is anything really important that should be part of the release?
