Maven with CruiseControl

 
 I'm getting some very odd behaviour running Maven from CC.

It seems that every other build, my ${user.home}/build.properties file
is not being
read, so my build fails, thus 50% of them seem to fail all the time.

Is there any reason this file would not get read?
