org.apache.torque.dsfactory.Jdbc2PoolDataSourceFactory does not exist in Torque
3.1. It is replaced with org.apache.torque.dsfactory.SharedPoolDataSourceFactory. But SharedPoolDataSourceFactory depends on commons-dbcp 1.1. Therefore, need to update the jar files. Please see the Torque 3.1 Dependencies page:

It looks good to me when I test this patch by using postgres.
