Continuous Integration and Maven reports for Shindig

Shindig now has a CruiseControl instance running which also generates the
Maven reports.
The current location is temporary until the Apache Zone get setup.

*CruiseControl URL:*
http://shindig-ci.bigr2.info:8080/dashboard/tab/dashboard
*
Maven Report URL:*
http://shindig-ci.bigr2.info/project-reports.html

You can then select 1 of the 4 modules and drill down: (i.e. for gadgets)
*
Cobertura (Test Coverage)*
http://shindig-ci.bigr2.info/shindig-gadgets/cobertura/index.html*
JavaDocs*
http://shindig-ci.bigr2.info/shindig-gadgets/apidocs/index.html
*Source Xref*
http://shindig-ci.bigr2.info/shindig-gadgets/xref/index.html
*Unit Tests (surefire)*
http://shindig-ci.bigr2.info/shindig-gadgets/surefire-report.html
*TODO (all TODO tags in source)*

It will be helpful to all if you make those Java API docs downloadable as a
zip...

Thanks so much guys; your feedback here has been incredibly valuable.

Anyone interested in helping out and haven't seen anything in JIRA that
looks good -- those items that have 0% coverage would be a great place to
start!

There was a discussion about website documentation at some point, I
didn't catch the outcome sorry, so ignore this if its already sorted.

Is there an appetite to using apt or xdoc to generate some quick
start doc inside the maven built site? (or did I see a move to doing
all the doc on the wiki)
