Question about using the commons-codec-1.5 JAR File
Hi,
In order to encode a PDF document into an XML which we have to send across to a 3rd party vendor, we would like to use the App Class in the commons-codec-1.5 JAR File.
My question is:
1: are we liable to pay anything to use this open source code?
Regards,
Nikhil S
