   ### Motivation
   
   The directory for deploying Pulsar to AWS using Terraform and Ansible still uses Pulsar version `1.22.0-incubating`. It makes sense to update the deployment code to use Pulsar version `2.0.0-rc1-incubating`.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   There are two key changes implemented in this PR:
   1) All of the `.conf` files which have been updated as part of the 2.0.0 release are now reflected in the `templates/` directory. The Ansible facts have been inserted into the new configuration files where appropriate (e.g. `max_heap_memory`, `max_direct_memory`). 
   2) The `deploy-pulsar.yaml` file has been updated to reflect the `pulsar_version` as `2.0.0-rc1-incubating`.
   
   ### Result
   
   Following the instructions as described [here](https://pulsar.incubator.apache.org/docs/latest/deployment/aws-cluster/) will now provision and install Pulsar 2.0.0!
