After [KIP-345|[https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-345%3A+Introduce+static+membership+protocol+to+reduce+consumer+rebalances]], we want to further improve user experience for reducing rebalances by providing admin tooling to batch send join group requests for multiple consumers if we know their `group.instance.id`s beforehand.
