Integrated in Accumulo-1.5-Hadoop-2.0 #75 (See [https://builds.apache.org/job/Accumulo-1.5-Hadoop-2.0/75/])
    ACCUMULO-804: start-dfs.sh is in a different place in hadoop-2 (Revision 1467401)
