Any runtime configuration parameter (e.g. dcc_path, dcc_dccifd_path, dccc_home,
etc.) can be set by adding it to the tstpre constant array in the relevant test
file. This array already exists in the DCC test files, and adding to it is
simply a matter of adding a line just as it would appear in a .cf or .pre file.
