[1.8.3-dev]esql.xsd updated and Nested XInclude problem

Hello,
I have tried to update the XML Schema for ESQL to match the changes made in
the stylesheet.

And I have problem to use XInclude Processor (Just try to see
xinclude_poem.xml in the samples). I don't investigate the exception. May
be it is a problem with Xerces (1.3.0) or Xalan (1.2.2).
