[VOTE] Release jena-fuseki 0.2.1-incubating (RC-2)
Hi,
Here is the vote on a release build for Jena Fuseki 0.2.1 (RC-2)

Changes since RC-1:
+ Change the URL location of the helper function to
list datasets to be /$/datasets
-> Change the URL location of sparql.tpl to be "/" rooted
-> Change control-panel.tpl to ask java for
the location of /sparql.tpl

This should be a minor fix so if the vote looks like it is going well,
and the bug from RC-1 is confirmed fixed, I may be able to start the
incubator vote before this votes ends.
