DOMParserWrapper question

Hi,

I'm new with Xerces 1.1.3.

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between DOMParserWrapper and
DOMParser classes ?
I can't find any doc about the DOMParserWrapper  class member functions and
variables ...

And what is the use of the parser.setFeature() function ?
