In our [OpenAPI spec file|https://kafka.apache.org/37/generated/connect_rest.yaml] we have the following:

        initialState:
          type: string
          enum:
          - RUNNING

        initial_state:
          type: string
          enum:

Only initial_state is a valid field, InitialState should not be present.
