[java] Setting Up a Remote Platform in Netbeans 11.0

I am trying to set remote development for java in Netbeans 11 by following
this Netbeans 8 tutorial
<https://netbeans.org/kb/docs/java/javase-embedded.html>. After
successfully making a Remote Java SE platform, I can't find a way to set my
current project to use remote platform like in the `Running a Project on a
Remote Platfrom` section because there is no `Runtime Platform` drop-down
menu in project's properties. Is there any workaround for this to work in
Netbeans 11 or I am forced to downgrade to Netbeans 8?
