In section 1.5, we have the "Significant Changes" text which comes from 40/zk2kraft.html

But then just below this section we see the "Upgrading to 3.9.0 from any version 0.8.x" section

The "Upgrading to 4.0.0 from any version 0.8.x through 3.9.x" section appears at the very end of the other "Upgrading to ..." sections.

The "Upgrading to 4.0.0" section should be at the very top of the upgrading section, not the bottom.
