Re: [I] Errors on 200 Response for entire-object range request [arrow-rs-object-store]

   Update.

Note: this isn't limited to full-object ranges. `HttpStore` rejects any non-206 response to a ranged GET ([`src/http/client.rs` L404–412](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs-object-store/blob/279572ea60f3a7a6e5237e066a6f4a35eee611e0/src/http/client.rs#L404-L412)).

RFC 9110 §14.2 allows a server to ignore `Range` and send `200` with the full body.

Servers that do this, such as `python3 -m http.server` and dynamic endpoints like SDMX APIs (pola-rs/polars#29817), fail on every `get_range`, even though `head` and `get` succeed.
