Stretching level 1, levels 9 and 10 dissapears
On a Writer document, go to Insert → Indexes and tables → Indexes and tables →
check "Additional styles" and open the style selector. Now, stretch one or more
"level" columns. As shown on the attached screenshot, if you stretch enough a
column the rightmost ones went outside the view area and there is no scrollbar
to reach them.
Confirmed on Window and Linux.
