Classpath setup in jmeter.properties file

How to set the property user.classpath in jmeter.properties file in order to
access all the required Jar file.

OR 

Please suggest my default user.classpath=../classes;../jars/jar1.jar, just
confirm if this is OK for access all the required Jar file.
