The attached patch provides an implementation of Avro RPC in PHP.

This implementation support handshake, one-way/two-way message and message errors.
Only socket transceiver is implemented in two versions : 
- SocketTransceiver : a standard implementation 
- NettyFramedSocketTransceiver : an implementation compatible with the NettyTransceiver in lang/java (which use a different message framing)

The RPC logic is in ipc.php.
