a 5min coord job with start=2011-04-05T18:15Z; end=2011-04-05T18:25Z
at time 2011-04-05T18:15Z, change pausetime=2011-04-05T18:35Z, endtime=2011-04-05T18:45Z in one command.
at time 2011-04-05T18:38Z, the number of coord actions=4, which is correct. but coord job status is not PAUSED, but
SUCCEEDED.
$ oozie job -info 0000035-110405163454675-oozie-oozi-C
