regarding listing projects under apache
dose adding the Apache license means that the project will be added to
Apache directory of projects? if not how can i ask to add my project to the
Apache Projects Directory?

Apache Incubator is the starting point of getting your project in the
portfolio of the Apache Software foundation, if that is what you want...
Just keep in mind that the path is not just about the code (the ASL v.2.0
is sufficient for that) but rather about building a community that adheres
to the Apache Way.

No, it only means that you are publicizing your software under the Apache
Software license ("guideline").
if not how can i ask to add my project to the Apache Projects Directory?
To donate/create a project under the Apache umbrella, you can take a look
