Chetan Mehrotra resolved OAK-2082.

Resolution: Fixed
Closing the issue. Based on the test following conclusion can be made
# Using an external BlobStore reduce repository growth rate
# With constant Lucene index usage quite a bit of garbage can get created
# Would be better to have the blob size tweaked to some higher value ~ 1-2 MB compared to currently set 32 KB. This would reduce the creation of large number of small files
