FWIW, I've just made a quick port of ufc-crypt to win32, from the sources 
downloadable from dn-cert.  There are two test programs compiled which 
seem to work ok (ufc.exe and cert.exe).

The source and binaries are available in the file ufc-nt.zip at:
http://www.intercode.com.au/apache/

Apologies for the lack of documentation etc.
