> Unable to access HttpClients or HttpClientBuilder in OSGi
> ---------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: HTTPCLIENT-1398
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-1398
> Project: HttpComponents HttpClient
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: HttpClient
> Affects Versions: 4.3 Final
> Reporter: Jens Offenbach
>
> Because the package "org.apache.http.impl.client" in the MANIFEST.MF is declared as private and NOT exported, nobody is able to access the builder classes for building a HttpClient instance.
