[ANNOUNCE][CVE-2020-17510] Apache Shiro 1.7.0 released

The Shiro team is pleased to announce the release of Apache Shiro
version 1.7.0.

Apache Shiro is a powerful and easy-to-use Java security framework that
performs authentication, authorization, cryptography, and session
management. With Shiro’s easy-to-understand API, you can quickly and
easily secure any application – from the smallest mobile applications to
the largest web and enterprise applications.

This security release contains 7 fixes since the 1.6.0 release and is
available for Download now [1].

    CVE-2020-17510:
    Apache Shiro before 1.7.0, when using Apache Shiro with Spring, a
specially crafted HTTP request may cause an authentication bypass.

Release binaries (.jars) are also available through Maven Central and
source bundles through Apache distribution mirrors.
