Welcome Uwe Schindler to the Lucene PMC

I'm pleased to announce that the Lucene PMC has voted to add Uwe Schindler to the PMC.  Uwe has been doing a lot of work in Lucene and Solr, including several of the last releases in Lucene.

Please join me in extending congratulations to Uwe!

I know, but Tika is still one of my beloved projects that I also support sometimes with parser patches (no generics police yet, but no need for that there) :-)

Well, your first thing to note is Tika is likely leaving the Lucene PMC to go stand on it's own ;-)  But, yeah, what you said!

Thank you for the support and trust to let me be part of the PMC! I will do my best to support Lucene and Solr! I am sure we will have lots of fun together when developing new ideas for Lucene, Tika, OpenRelevance, and last but not least Solr!
