Eclipse add web reference plugin; import wizard around wsdl2java to generate client stubs.

For Eclipse users, there is a little wizard for eclipse to generate the
client stubs to invoke a web service.
The axis packages are created yesterday from the nightly build. So be
warned, not an official release yet.
