1.) I open the in app browser
    cordova.InAppBrowser.open('http://apache.org', '_blank', 'location=no');
2.) Then I click on the input element (simple select)
3.) Then I see the content of the screenshot / A selector but no done/finish possibility. I can only finish it by click on another field or click on button OK.

Is it a configuration bug? But I found no option for color of picker.
