[jelly] now moved to commons proper and website updated

Thanks to lots of hard work by various people, in particular Morgan and
Dion, Jelly has now moved over to commons proper.

The website has been regenerated and the commons site updated to reflect the
new links.

I've zapped the old website and left a symlink so the old URLs should still
work.
