The web site has been released for some time already. While it is still a WIP, we probably don't need an all-encompassing issue to track it anymore.

We don't need a big download button so much as instructions on how to get it using NuGet, although a small link to download the latest release is required. Also, we should definitely be aiming for a  mobile-friendly responsive design which Lucene is currently lacking.
