[vfs] rename a file?

Is there no way to rename a file via a FileObject?  It looks like the only way to do it is create a new FileObject w/ the name you want, and do a copyFrom.  Is that true?

If it's true, and copyFrom doesn't check to see if it's copying the same file contents to shortcircuit the copy, it sort of presents a performance issue for large files.
