m2 assembly first cut

Hi All,

I just checked in the first cut at an m2 assembly.

Its not complete and I did not find the full documentation package to  
include.

But its  a start, please take a look and post a reply with all the  
stuff that you notice needs work.

Hi Andrus,

Yes, we need to add a profile that causes source and java doc to be  
conditionally included. I was a bit rusty on how to make that happen  
and figured getting something in now would better than waiting a bit  
longer.

I will have some more time at the end of this week to do assembly  
work. I will tackle the profile first.

Bill,

I haven't checked the assemblies, but I noticed that when I do mvn  
install, javadocs generation is being executed, slowing down the  
build. Is it possible to only enable javadocs for assemblies?
