1.7.0 timeline?

I forget what we had initially said, but it seems like the big feature 
set for 1.7.0 has settled in (Eric's WAL changes are the last big 
oustanding change I'm aware of).

After Eric merges in his stuff, do we want to move into test mode? I'm 
happy to step up as RM. Thoughts?

Alright, I'll try to triage the remaining 1.7.0 tickets so we can get 
testing by 4/13 at the latest.

Possible perk: we even get it out by Accumulo Summit?
